Our History

One day, I found myself reminiscing about my younger years in my twenties, where life was all about being sexy, partying, and enjoying every moment. Time flew by, and suddenly I was in my forties with four children (although I still consider myself young, wink!).
As my kids grew older, I began to venture out more, seeking a taste of my pre-parenting social life. However, there was one frustrating obstacle I faced:
finding suitable clothing.

Every time I went shopping, it
seemed like the fashion industry had forgotten about women like me. The racks were filled with crop tops and trendy clothes that no longer suited my changing
body. Having kids brought about physical changes, and my once-flat stomach was now adorned with what some call a "Fupa" (fat upper pubic area). It made finding the right clothes an even bigger challenge, as my body shape had
shifted.

Feeling disheartened, I vented my
frustrations to my sister. I yearned for a shopping destination that understood the needs and desires of women around their forties. I wasn't looking for clothes designed for overweight or skinny individuals; rather, I wanted options that celebrated being in-the-middle. It seemed like there should be a place for women like me—women who are in the middle of life, who had experienced the joys of motherhood but still wanted to feel confident and stylish.

I hope that this store reflects
my journey from carefree youth to the realities of parenthood and the changes that come with it. It captures the longing for a fashion industry that embraces all body types and ages, catering to those of us who are neither too thin nor
too heavy. It's about finding clothes that make us feel comfortable, attractive, and proud of the beautiful bodies we have,no matter what stage of life we're in.
